A heating plate is claimed, in particular a cooker plate of a vitro-ceramic material (1), of which the face opposite that destined to receive the cooking utensils e.g. casseroles or skillets is provided with a conductor circuit (2) made up of an adherent enamel containing at least one electric conducting substance. The method for fabricating this heating plate is also claimed.
