The clip (10) consists of a circular section (12) open at its base (14), where it has two extensions (22). When relaxed, the clip extensions are slightly apart, but take on an anchor-like form when pushed together within a matching panel recess. The extension bases have claw-like overlaps (32,34,26,28) which interlock when forced together, but leaving a central passage (34) for a cable. The cylindrical upper section has further side-extensions (48,49) locking it within the cylindrical body.
