PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reproducibility of voice data and to accelerate the communication speed of data communication by accepted voice by allocating digital signals to be transmitted to plural radio channels for performing time division, dividing them, synthesizing the received respective divided digital signals with the signals before division and reproducing them. SOLUTION: In the case of sending communication data from a slave unit to a master unit by the accepted voice, accepted voice data are inputted to a data communication I/F part 101 and converted to PCM data in a PCM codec 103. Then, they are divided into high order 4 bits and lower order 4 bits in a distribution/synthesis circuit 102 and the data outputted to a codec path 105 are sent out from an antenna 108 through a modem circuit 106 and a transmission/reception circuit 107. Also, the PCM data outputted to a PCM data codec path data input/output terminal 119 are sent out from the antenna 116 by the transmission/reception circuit 115 through the codec path 113 and modem circuit 114 of the slave unit with the PCM data codec path data input/ output terminal.
