PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the practical radiographic inspection device and method, which realize the construction suitable for applying the analyzation by a reflected X-ray in the inspection of a joint part in a bear chip mounting, and which are not affected by the material of a substrate, the presence of the double mounting, or the like. SOLUTION: A radiographic inspection device is located between the first and second members 1, 3, uses the reflected X-ray from a subject 2 having a high absorbing part of which the absorption to a X-ray is relatively high, applies the X-ray to the subject through the first member 1, and detects the reflected X-ray from the subject through the first member 1 again. The radiographic inspection method comprises using the reflected X-ray from a similar subject, applying the X-ray to a low absorbing part while avoiding the high absorbing part, and detecting the reflected X-ray while avoiding the high absorbing part. |
