PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely decode contents attached to an electronic mail (E-mail) smoothly correspondingly to the communication mode of the E-mail. SOLUTION: Even when a transmitter 10 is connected to receivers 30, 50 by E-mail providers 200, 210 having incomplete interchangeability or software of incomplete interchangeability, a completely readable E-mail or attached contents are provided. For instance when the transmitter 10 uses a word processor or graphic software not used by an expected receiver, a network service provider 300 loads down rental software to the receiver, so that the receiver can completely read out or use the E-mail and the attached contents. Preferably the rental software is erased when the E-mail and the attached contents are received.
