<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert waste plastics into raw material for a blast furnace or the like irrespective of their shapes, etc., and without problems caused by chlorine containing plastics. SOLUTION: Plastic base waste is automatically classified into lightweight waste (x) containing film base plastics, medium-weight waster (y) containing solid matter base plastics, and waster (z) having a weight and substantially not containing plastics. After chlorine containing plastics are separated and removed from the waste (x), it is processed into granular furnace raw material. Next, after the chlorine containing plastics are separated and removed from the waste (y), it is processed into granular or small pieces of furnace raw material, and also after the separated and removed chlorine containing plastics are subjected to dechlorination treatment, they are processed into granular or small pieces of furnace raw material. And hydrogen chloride produced by the dechlorination treatment is treated.</p> |
