<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compsn. which can form a coating film excellent in adhesion to various substrates, resistances to water and chemicals, etc., by compounding a carboxylated polymer having prim- and/or sec-amino groups with a polymer having oxazoline groups. SOLUTION: A carboxylated polymer having prim- and/or sec-amino groups, pref. one prepd. by converting a part of carboxyl groups of a carboxylated polymer into prim- and/or sec-amino groups by using an alkylimine, is compounded with a polymer having oxazoline groups. Pref. the prim- and/or sec-amino group is one represented by the formula (wherein R<1> to R<5> are each H, halogen, alkyl, aralkyl, aryl, or an alkyl, aralkyl, or aryl group substd. by cyano, halo, amino, hydroxy, alkoxy, or carboalkoxy; a is 0-1; and n is 1 or higher). Pref. the compsn. further contains a basic compd.</p> |
