<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce working hours by having a film removing means using a laser beam and thereby very quickly and easily forming an arbitrary area with the film removed immediately before welding. SOLUTION: A means for removing a film 2 by emitting a laser beam 7 to a film-covered welding object 1, is constituted of a film removing laser generator 3, mirror 5, and a laser beam shaping device 6; and a means for welding by emitting a laser beam 14 to the area 8 where the film is removed by the film removing means 3, 5, 6 is constituted of a welding laser beam generator 10, mirror 12, and a laser beam condensing device 13.</p> |
