PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency remarkably by a method wherein spray work is effected after pouring a required amount of quick-setting agent from a quick-setting agent pouring port into body, produced by kneading powder composite for unshaped refractories, carried by air through a transporting pipe, to which a spray nozzle is connected at the tip end thereof, and water. SOLUTION: Self flowable body, kneaded in a mixer 1, is charged into an air carrying device 3 and is carried by air through a transporting pipe 5, then, quick-setting agent is poured into the body at the pouring port 6 of the agent and, thereafter, is passed through a nozzle pipeline 7 and is sprayed through the spray nozzle 8. In order to pour the powder quick-setting agent quantitatively, an adding device 4 is employed while high-pressure air, generated by a compressor 10 and passed through an air hose 13, an air header 11, an air hose 15 and an air dryer 12, dehumidifying the high-pressure air, is employed as the carrying source of the refractories. Further the agent is carried from the adding device 4 into a quick-setting agent pouring port 6 through another transporting pipe 9 of the agent together with air. When liquid quick-setting agent is employed, the agent can be atomized together with high-pressure air before pouring the same into the body. |
