PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibro-isolating support device which can stabilize vibration control performance by decreasing stress generated in a plate-like spring member by which a movable plate is supported, and retaining a gap arranged between the movable plate and an electromagnetic actuator to a predetermined value. SOLUTION: The peripheral end part of a spring member 48 and the periphery of a hole part are supported at a free end by a second spacer 50 arranged in a device case 43 and a contracted part formed in a movable plate 46. Hereby, the inner circumferential and peripheral end parts of the spring member 48 can be displaced freely in a surface direction. Also, a film-like seal elastic body 47 is arranged between a first spacer 44 and the periphery of the movable plate 46, and the spring constant of this seal elastic body 47 in a direction to support the movable plate 46, is set to below 1/2 a value of the spring constant of the spring member 48. Hereby, even though this vibro-isolating support device is used under a high temperature environment, a gap between the movable plate 46 and an electromagnetic actuator 52 can always retain an initial value. |
