PRODUCTION OF COATED FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a coated fabric having high moisture-permeability and excellent in water resistance and resistance to leak of water. SOLUTION: This method for producing a coated fabric comprises coating a mixed liquid of a water-miscible organic solvent with a polyurethane-based resin containing 1-25wt.% hydrophobic organic fine powder having 5-70% hydrophobicity and <=10μm particle diameter on at least one surface of a fiber substrate and coagulating the coated resin by a wet process.
