PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain pearl pigment-coated paper excellent in whiteness without dullness, having pearl tone luster and excellent in light resistance by giving a specific coated layer on paper having at least a specific value in whiteness. SOLUTION: This pearl pigment-coated paper has a coated layer consisting of a pearl pigment containing fluorine-phlogopite as a base, having 10-60% coated ratio of a metal oxide such as titanium, etc., and 5-150μm particle distribution and an acryl-, etc., based adhesive, on base paper such as wood pulp fiber having >=80% whiteness. The blending ratio of the pearl pigment with the adhesive is preferably the pearl pigment (based on the solid)/the adhesive (based on the solid)=(1/10)-(1/1). The thickness of the coated layer is preferably 5-20μm based on the dried coated layer.
