ADHESIVE TAPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape which is tearable by hand vertically to the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: This adhesive tape is a laminate which comprises a fabric layer having the warps and wefts made of thermoplastic flat yarns, a polyethylene layer having a density of 0.875-0.917g/cm<3> and an MFR of 1-25g/10min and formed on the fabric layer, and an adhesive layer formed on the polyethylene layer and which has a tear strength satisfying the relation: W<=-0.03T+2.4 [wherein T is the thickness (μm) of the polyethylene layer; and W is the tear strength (kg) in the transverse direction of the tape].
