<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of collected exhaust dust and ash which are dumped, improve the effective using efficiency of the exhaust gas of an ash melting furnace and increase the quantity of power generation. SOLUTION: A boiler water preheater 31 for preheating condensate for a boiler or supply water and a cyclone 32 for collecting dust without seriously lowering temperature are arranged in a molten exhaust gas line 13 for returning ash from an ash melting furnace 6 to a refuse incinerator 1. A part of molten flying ash recovered by the cyclone 32 and incinerated flying ash recovered by a bag filter 3 is made harmless in a collected dust and ash processor 33 and the harmless dust and ash are supplied to a dumping site. Thus, the quantity of processing ash in the collected dust and ash processor 33 can be extremely reduced.</p> |
