PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the voltage flashover tending to break down a laminated actuator, by a method wherein a three dimensional structured conductive electrode is coupled with a basic metal coating through the intermediary of partial contact parts to be formed in extensible state between these contact parts. SOLUTION: A three dimemsinal structured electrode 6 made of the troughs and crests of waves arranged in parallel is provided between a basic metal coating 4 and a connecting element 5 to be conductively coupled with the basic metal coating 4 through the intermediary of partial contact parts 7. Next, in order to clean up the basic metal coating 4, aperture parts 9 are arranged in the electrode 6. Besides, the electrode 6 composed of a metallic foil material made of bronze or brass is formed between the contact parts 7 in extensible state. Resultantly, the broken out of the electrode 6 due to the cracking in ceramics can be avoided, thereby enabling the breakdown of the laminated actuator to be avoided. |
