PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the crack detection of a number of heating tubes of a heat exchanger type steam generator for a short time, and improve the stability in the movement of an inspection device. SOLUTION: A remove inspection device 10 comprises a walking guide robot 20 comprising a circular rotary table on one edge facing to a tube sheet 1 of a steam generator 5 and moving along the tube sheet 1, a probe guide device 60 pivottably mounted on the rotary table and guiding plural inspectin probes in parallel, a multiple pusher device 80 communicated with the probe guide device through plural guide tubes 11, and plural inspection probes respectively wound on a reel 83 of the pusher device 80 and individually extended through the guide tubes 11. The walking guide robot 20 comprises a disc base surrounded by the rotary table, and plural contact guide rollers projected from the disc base and extended in a radial direction over the rotary table. |
