<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colorless or light-colored electric charge controlling agent successively giving image faithful to latent images and uniform in highlight parts even in use for a long period of time, stably ensuring high image quality even when the controlling agent is allowed to stand in an environment at low humidity or high humidity and then an image is formed, hardly causing the scattering of a toner, and excellent in characteristics and to obtain a toner having satisfactory color reproducibility. SOLUTION: This toner contains a phenol-aldehyde condensation product contg. p-phenylphenol or at least one kind of its deriv., fine resin particles and fine powder of inorg. oxide. When the rate of coating of the surfaces of the fine resin particles with the fine power of inorg. oxide is represented by S and the spatial frequency of the sticked fine powder of inorg. oxide is represented by F, the toner has physical properties satisfying the relations of 0.08<=F/S<=0.35 and 15<=S<=85.</p> |
