PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agricultural vinyl chloride resin film which can retain its antifogging properties and resistance to dropwise condensation for a long term by forming a vinyl chloride resin compsn. contg. a vinyl chloride resin, a sorbitan fatty acid ester, a fluorine compd., and inorg. particles which at least contain Li, Al, and Si and have a specified average particle size. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin which is a vinyl chloride hompolymer or a copolymer of vinyl chloride and ethylene, propylene, vinyl acetate, etc., 0.3-5 pts.wt. sorbitan fatty acid ester (e.g. sorbitan palmitate), 0.01-3 pts.wt. fluorine compd. having a fluorine group and at least either a hydroxyl group or an alkylene oxide group, and 0.1-15 pts.wt. platy inorg. particles having an average particle size of 0.01-10μm and represented by formula I [wherein 0<x<1; 0<a<1; 0<(x+a)<=1; M is a divalent metal; y is 1 or higher; and m<=3] or formula II [wherein M is a divalent metal; 0.01<=x<1; 0<=m; and y is 1 or higher]. |
