PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control the adjustment of the temp. of a paper stacking means, without reducing electric power during a copying operation and further, fixability and image formation processing performance such as a copying speed. SOLUTION: Control is executed so that the power feeding switch 505 of a cassette heater 504 for heating a paper feeding cassette 9 is turned off during copying and turned on during a stand-by period or the turning off period of the main switch 502 of a device main body. Further, the control is executed for stopping the supply of the power to the cassette heater 504, when the main switch 502 is turned off, through the use of a changeover switch 503. |
