PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for unnecessitating to repeatedly perform an original reading operation, even in the case of making an operational mistake at copying plural sheets. SOLUTION: While the presence of the human body is detected by a human body detecting sensor 505, it is inhibited to erase an operation of erasing image data stored by an image memory, and when the number of sheets to be copied, or a copying mode is changed, a copying processing is performed based on the image data already stored by the image memory. Thus, when the human body stands nearby, the image data read once is held by the image memory. Then, even in the case of making the operational mistake at copying plural sheets and doing over the operation again, the image data read once is read out of the image memory so as to perform the copying processing. An original reading operation is omitted, then, a copying time is shortened. |
