PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To isolate a noise or the like by erecting a divisional plate having a sound insulation function on a ceiling plenum immediately above a partition, so as to be almost continuous to the partition, and attaching a sound insulation material to both sides of the bottom of the divisional plate. SOLUTION: A partition 1 is erected, with the upper end thereof kept in tight contact with a ceiling material 2, and the lower end kept in tight contact with a floor material. Also, the lower end of a division 3 formed to have a sound insulation function, and a sound insulation sheet 3b or the like of a metallic powder filled resin material such as vinyl chloride attached to both surfaces of rock wool or glass wool 3a, is kept in tight contact with the ceiling material 2, and the upper end of the division 3 is kept in tight contact with the slab 4 of an upper floor. Furthermore, a soundproof material 5 made of rock wool or glass wool is attached to the reverse side of the ceiling material 2 at both sides of the division 3 along the bottom thereof over breadth approximately between 1mm and 3mm. According to this construction, a voice or a noise generated in adjacent rooms A and B can be isolated. |
