PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method/device which generates the talk recognition vocabularies from the accession items, including plural accessions by applying a heuristic model to the accession items to simulate a talking way of requests. SOLUTION: A program instruction 20 takes the records of a data base out of the telephone number accession item 22. Then every record includes an identifier, consisting of at least two independent words to identify each registration against other accessions contained in a name list. A heuristic model is applied to each record for simulating taking manner where a user describes his request, and plural pairs of spelling are generated by connecting together the words selected out of the successions. In this case, a pair of spellings is generated in an initial stage, so as to share the common words with another pair. Thus, the vocabularies 24 which recognized talks are produced in such a format where the pair of spellings can be recognized potentially, based on the words spoken by the user. Then a processor 18 records the vocabularies 24 to a recording medium 32 of large capacity.
