PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably supply a chip part in a part transfer passage by controlling so as to perform only an air blow to blow up and agitate the chip part in a single cycle except for the one just after a movement of a part supply device caused by a movement of a moving base. SOLUTION: When a chip part is successively taken out of a part supply part of a part supply device 4 without moving a moving base, a permission signal 38a is not sent out to a solenoid valve 35 from a CPU 38. Therefore, a camshaft of a part mounting device returns to the rotational origin after a second air blow to blow up and agitate the chip part, and even if it is rotated up to about 150 deg. from there, the solenoid valve 35 is not opened, and positive pressure air is not supplied to the part supply device 4 from an air supply device 32, and a chip part positioning first air blow is not performed. |
