PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure speedy drying condition by accelerating evaporation of water contents from the object to be sterilized while preventing invasion of various bacteria from the outside. SOLUTION: In a sterilizing device body 1 in which an object to be sterilized is set, a sterilizing heater 13 to generate steam during sterilizing process and a drying heater 9 to dry the object to be sterilized during drying process are provided. Simultaneously with drying of the object to be sterilized by the drying heater 9, a part of the sterilizing device body 1 is cooled by a cooling means 31. Thus, the evaporated water is condensed by cooling for always making unsaturated condition in the sterilizing device body 1 in order to accelerate evaporation of water from the object to be sterilized. |
