PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to safely and securely extinct harmful microorganisms such as mite, etc., by storing electric warming cloth folded into a heat resistant storage bag not to pass microorganisms such as mite, etc., equipping a heat release preventing members on the upper face of both upper and lower faces of the storage bag, and operating the electric warming cloth in a high temperature condition. SOLUTION: When mitecidal operation is to be carried out on an electric warming cloth 1 such as an electric blanket, the electric warming cloth 1 is folded into a suitable size and stored in a heat resistant storage bag 7 not to pass harmful micromagnetic such as mites, etc., and heat release preventing members such as floor cushions are set on upper and lower faces of the storage bag 7. In that case, the storage bag 7 is compressed and the floor cushions are set so as to bring every layers of the electric warming cloth 1 in tight contact with each other. In that condition, the electric warming cloth 1 is energized by power through a controller 4 from a power source cord 6 and operated in a high temperature state, and, since every layers of the electric warming cloth are tightly in contact with each other at that time, mutual heat transmission is raised to heat the whole parts up to a high temperature to enable to quickly extinct mites. |
