PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge uniformly a photosensitive product since there is neither sticking thereto nor fusion of toner therewith, and an electroresistance is uniform by a method wherein non-sticky powder is mixed in fluid. SOLUTION: In an extruding process, cooling water is applied in a shower state to a tube 24 at a high temperature extruded between a die 27 and a nipple 26, which is at a breath cooled near to a room temperature. At that time, 1wt.% of carbon fluoride fine particle 20 is dispersed in stirring in cooling water 23. After removing excess water by blowing dry air onto a surface of the tube 24, it is cut out to a length of 250mm. As non-sticky powder to be mixed in the cooling water there are, in addition to graphite fluoride, fluororubber; fluoroelastomer; carbon fluoride in which fluorine is bonded to graphite; and fluororesin powder or the like of polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene copolymer, and tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer. |
