PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive three-layered structural foamed molded object of high quality, a three-layered structural cushion pad and a method for simply producing them. SOLUTION: A foamed molded object having a three-layered structure consisting of first and second layers and the partition plate interposed between these layers is produced. An injection port 31 for injecting a first foamable raw soln. and a closure lid 4 fixed in the vicinity of the injection port 31 at one end thereof and having a hinge part 43 capable of being folded back freely are preliminarily provided at the partition plate 3. The partition plate 3 is set to a mold and, subsequently, the first foamable raw soln. is injected from the injection port 31 of the partition plate 3 to be foamed. A second foamable raw soln. for forming a second layer is injected into the injection port 31 of the partition plate 3 so that the foam due to the second foamable raw soln. reaches the injection port 31 after the closure lid 4 is closed by the foam due to the first foamable raw soln. |
