PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit the wastefulness of powder, to eliminate color mixture and to also enhance productivity. SOLUTION: Strip-like seal rubber 18 having a U-shaped cross section is set to the leading end of a forsaking projection 22 for forming the forsaking part formed in a skin molding electroforming mold 20 (seal material setting process). Next, the partition plate 24 formed in a powder box is pressed to the leading end part of seal rubber 18. Different color powders 34, 36 are housed in the regions demarcated by the partition plate 24. Therefore, the different color powders 34, 36 can be charged in the respective regions 38, 40 in the skin molding electroforming mold 20 demarcated by the partition plate 24 and, in this state, these are subjected to powder slush molding at the same time (molding process). |
