摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the quantity of abrasion of a heat resistant surface due to sliding between a grate by forming an acute triangle groove in a flat part of an outer surface of a bottom of a cooker made of non-magnetic metal, and embedding a magnetic metal in this groove with the operation such as thermal spraying and coating. SOLUTION: An outer surface 2 of a bottom of a cooker 1 made of aluminum as a non-magnetic metal is formed with a groove 3 having an isosceles triangle cross section, which is formed into a spiral or a geometrical pattern, and a magnetic metal is embedded in this groove 3 except for an exposed part 4 of a surface of the outer surface 2 of the bottom. The magnetic metal is embedded by thermal spraying or coating or the like. In the case of using an induction heating cooker so as to heat this cooker, the groove 3 having an isosceles triangle cross section, which is formed in the outer surface 2 of the bottom and which is formed into a spiral or a geometrical pattern, is utilized. Since the heating area of the bottom surface becomes double the groove width in the case of using the isosceles triangle groove 3, heat transmitting area is doubled. Quick heating property is thereby obtained, and an induction heating cooker having quick heating effect is obtained.
