<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release the connection data via an access system device, without the use of a connection release program by sending the connection data on the access system device to be stored in a secondary storage medium via an exchange, when the notification of initialization of the access device is received by the exchange. SOLUTION: When an ATM access system device 1 has a failure and is initialized with of all the communication paths cut, the device 1 sends an initialization notification signal to an ATM exchange 6 after the completion of the initialization. Having received the initialization notification signal, the exchange 6 selects a subscriber line corresponding part translation table and a subscriber concentration line corresponding part translation table out of the connection data 13 stored in a secondary storage medium for the device 1, based on an ATM access system device translation table. Then the data 13 are sent and released to the device 1.</p> |
