<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten iron treating method, by which tin is lowered from the molten iron. SOLUTION: Chlorine compound base resin material is added in the molten iron containing the tin to lower the tin in the molten iron. As the resin material polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride are used as the typical material. In an incorporating vessel 8, powdery and granular materials 9 formed with the chlorine compound base resin material incorporated. The powdery and granular materials 9 are supplied into the molten iron 2 from a supplying pipe 11 by blowing inert gas into a blowing pipe 12 arranged in the incorporating vessel 8.</p> |
