PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain interactive communication simultaneously utilizing both of a telephone or an interconnection network phone and a WWW browser. SOLUTION: An accessor of a general terminal 2 accesses a WWW server 11 by using the WWW browser and an inquiry request to a receiver through a telephone or an interconnection network phone is transmitted to the server 11. The server 11 informs a receiver's terminal 10 of the inquiry request information. The terminal 10 automatically calls an accessor's telephone 1 or the interconnection network phone. When the receiver switches a page by its own WWW browser in accordance with the contents of the call after executing preparation operation by both the accessor and receiver, the same page is displayed also on the accessor's WWW browser through the sever 11 and interactive communication simultaneously utilizing both the telephone or the interconnection network phone and the browser is attained.
