PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording head which can prevent degradation of print quality as a result of air bubbles left in an ink flow passage, thereby enabling highly elaborate printing at higher speed, and an ink-jet recording apparatus loading the ink-jet recording head. SOLUTION: The ink-jet recording head has a heat-generating element 104. Air bubbles are formed in ink by heat energy generated by the element 104, whereby the ink is discharged. In order to remove remaining air bubbles 110, an ink jet flow by a jet flow generation means 202 such as a pump or the like is sent through a tube 203 and a jet flow hole 202 and jetted out to a common liquid chamber 108 above the heat-generating element 104. |
