PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce molding cost by simplifying a skin shape while certainly preventing the falling of the protruding side surface part of a skin toward the inside, the damage of the skin or the generation of wrinkles in the skin, and to perfectly prevent the generation of a gap at the boundary part of a panel core material and the skin to produce an instrument panel good in appearance in good yield. SOLUTION: A bending angle of side surface parts 4A, 4B formed in a protruded state by the bending to a rear side to a surface part 5a of a skin 5 is set to the end edge part of the skin 5 so as to become larger than a normal angle within an angle 2-8 deg., pref., 3-5 deg. so as to be fitted in a recessed part 1 of the panel core material 2 arranged in one mold 3A of a mold 3 to prevent the falling of the protruding side surface parts 4A, 4B toward the inside when the protruding side surface part 4A, 4B are set so as to be fitted in the recessed part 1 of the panel core material 2 to prevent the leak of a foamable raw material to enhance sealability. |
