PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dehydrated food high in delicious taste using dried NATTOU (fermented soybean) by drying and uniting NATTOU with one or two or more kind of subsidiary foods entwined with gummy filament generated from NATTOU. SOLUTION: This dehydrated food consists of NATTOU 1 and subsidiary food 2 entwined with the gummy filament 3 generated from NATTOU, dried and united. The NATTOU 1 is produced in a conventional process using soybean as the raw material. The subsidiary food 2 consists of sesame, boiled and dried baby sardines (small fishes, etc.), dried shrimp, salmon, etc. When using sesame in this food, white sesame is preferred from surface appearance point. In this food seasoning such as salt, sugar, mixture of red pepper, etc., curry powder, etc., are capably mixed to these NATTOU 1 and subsidiary food 2. |
