PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle for a sheath pipe which facilitates assembling of the sheath pipe with stable handling performance. SOLUTION: A saddle A is composed of a saddle base 1 to be fixed to a frame body by means of a screw 13 and a saddle band 2 having an arrowheaded projection elastically engaged with an engagement hole 15 of the saddle base 1. The saddle band 2 is pressed against the saddle base 1. A sheath pipe B is held by the saddle band 2. Whole of them can be mounted onto the frame with one-touch operation.
