<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a seal-affixed card with a card and seal incorporated for conducting various kinds of transaction, and make it convenient for carrying by forming a foldable strip member at its part, and having a card-shaped main body with a transaction information of various kinds of transaction and a seal part provided at the strip. SOLUTION: The seal-affixed card 1 is formed with a foldable triangular strip member 3 at its part, and includes a card-shaped main body 2 comprising a synthetic resin sheet rectangular parallelepiped having various kinds of transaction recorded therein, a seal part 4 printed by family name 'Yamada' indicating, i.e., the owner formed at the strip member 3, and a seal cap 5 for covering the seal part 4 made detachably relative to the strip member 4. The transaction information of the various kinds of transaction recorded in the card-shaped main body 2 is stored in an embossed part 6 attached to the surface of the main body 2 and magnetic stripe part 7 provided on the main body 2. Namely, the embossed part 6 contains the recorded identification number or the like of the owner.</p> |
