<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically light an alarm lamp to notify the driver of a succeeding car of speed reduction or stopping by providing a lighting means for lighting a brake lamp without any association with a brake pedal operation by a signal from a comparison operation means indicting speed reduction based on specified acceleration or higher. SOLUTION: A speed reduction detecting means 1 uses a reduction gauge 6 or the like composed of an acceleration gauge, a speed meter and a range finder, detects the speed reduction of a traveling vehicle and notifies a comparison operation means 2 of this. The comparison operation means 2 includes a comparator 7 for making comparison between a preset value and the detected reduction value and an amplifier 8, determines the speed reduction of the vehicle by specified acceleration or higher and then outputs a signal indicating the speed reduction of the vehicle by the specified acceleration or higher to a lighting means 5. The lighting means 5 includes two OR circuits 10 and 11, and in the case of the first OR circuit 10, the amplifier 8 is connected to one input A1 side thereof and a brake mechanism 12 to the other input B1 side, and a brake lamp 3 is connected to the output side.</p> |
