PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of motor performance upon abrupt increase of rotation of a rotor by increasing the pulse width of a drive pulse gradually up to a value corresponding to a set signal when the r.p.m. of the rotor begins to increase. SOLUTION: At the start time of output set voltage VN, the operation is subjected to lag at a time constant. When an output duty set voltage Vd is varied to drop gradually down to a set level, pulse width of an output duty signal Pd is increased gradually from 0 to a specified level at the time of startup and the r.p.m. of a rotor is increased smoothly. Consequently, when the r.p.m. of the rotor begins to increase, a pulse width gradually increasing means increases the pulse width of the drive pulse gradually toward a pulse width corresponding to an r.p.m. set signal and the r.p.m. of the rotor is increased gradually to a set r.p.m. |
