PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily electrically detect the action of a relief valve. SOLUTION: A relief valve which opens a valve body 15 to flow out pressurized fluid when a pressure above a predetermined pressure is applied to the valve body 15 urged in the direction which closes a valve has a rotary body 22 rotated by the pressurized fluid and a sensor 26 for detecting the rotation of the rotary body 22 at the part where the pressurized fluid flows out.
