<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the wait time of software revision and to eliminate revising operation other than normal operation of a user by making it possible to immediately revise software of a controller to be diagnosed from a personal computer at a service center. SOLUTION: The PC 10 on the service center side and a PC 20 on a user side to which a controller 30 to be diagnosed is connected are connected together by a network 26, and a request to install the software of the controller 30 is sent from the PC 10 to the PC 20 by personal computer communication. The CP 20 sends transmit data generated at the received request to the controller 30 to be diagnosed. An instruction comparing means 33 of the controller 30 outputs an installation mode signal 101 to a microcomputer 32 when an instruction inputted from an instruction and data extracting means 34 is an instruction for changing the state of the controller 30 from a normal operation state to a state wherein installation is possible.</p> |
