<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the color developer stabilized in development to transfer efficiency for a long period and prevented from lowering of image density and increase of fog in low temperature and low humidity. SOLUTION: The color developer composed of a color toner comprising nonmagnetic colored resin particles and fine resin particles, and an acrylic resin-coated carrier, and these fine resin particles have a particle diameter of 0.05-2μm and when these fine resin particles have a dielectric loss tangent of A1 in a frequency of 1kHz, and that of A2 in a frequency of 1MHz, and the nonmagnetic colored resin particles have that of B1 in a frequency of 1kHz and that of B2 in a frequency of 1MHz, and the acrylic resin has that of C1 in a frequency of 1kHz and that of C2 in a frequency of 1MHz, the following expressions are satisfied: 1.60<=A1/A2<=3.00, 0.10<=B1/B2>=0.50, 0.60<=C1/C2<=1.50, and 0.20<=(A1/A2)/(B1/B2)-(C1/C2)/(B1/B2)<=24.0.</p> |
