Dual=purpose passenger seat for e.g. motor vehicles serving as a mobile office

The design allows a passenger's seat to adapt for use in a dual purpose vehicle serving as e.g. a mobile office. The passenger seat slides on rails (10) in the vehicle floor (31), to rest on the plate (11) which fits in the recess (30). The seat may be locked to the plate and raised to the desired working position by the screw jack (60) which is driven by the electric motor (20) through the pulleys (20,21) and the belt (23).
