PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the driving torque of a pointer as desired by dispersion- bonding a ferrite based magnetic material powder uniformly with a rare earth based magnetic material powder through a bonding material. SOLUTION: A polyamide resin is admixed with a ferrite based magnetic material powder or a rare earth based magnetic material powder and kneaded to produce a pellet composition for extrusion molding. The composition is then extrusion-molded to produce a disc-like molding which is fixed to a magnetization unit and saturation magnetized in the radial direction thus producing a bond magnet 1. Preferably, the quantity of rare earth based magnetic material powder is set at a relatively low level as compared with the ferrite based magnetic material powder and the mixing ratio thereof is set in the range of 95:5-40:60. |
