PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a bird's-eye viewing display controller permitting to successively scroll a map up to an aimed area by an easy operation. SOLUTION: When position information is inputted from a touch panel display 13 by associating the information with a coordinates position on the display screen, and this position information shows an idle area, a controller 15 calculates scroll information to move an origin of a display coordinates from the reference point in bird's-eye view to a point represented by the position information. Next, the controller 15 sequentially reads map information recorded beforehand in a CD-ROM 9 and converts the information into bird's-eye viewing information, based on the scroll information, and controls display the bird's-eye viewing information on the touch panel display 13 while scrolling it. |
