PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laminated electronic parts, having a good Q-value frequency characteristic, particularly in a high-frequency domain, and a low baking temperature. SOLUTION: In laminated electronic components, the roughness of the interface between a porcelain layer and an internal electrode is adjusted to be 0-0.2μm. A method for manufacturing the components includes a process for calcining a mixture containing SiO2 , a process for preparing a raw porcelain material containing a calcinated product, a process for forming a laminated body by alternately laminating unbaked porcelain layers composed of the raw porcelain material and internal electrode patterns, a process for baking the laminated body, and a process for forming external electrodes on the laminated body. SiO2 is composed of SiO2 particles such that they have an average primary grain size of 80nm to 0.5μm and nearly spherical shapes. It is also preferable to use amorphous SiO2 as the SiO2 . A mixture containing MZS, Al2 O3 , and SrTiO3 as its main components can be used as the mixture which contains SiO2 .
