PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, small-sized, and large-capacitance laminated ceramic capacitor, which has a dielectric constant of >=3,000, an insulation resistance of >=6,000MΩ.μF when expressed in CR product, a capacitance such that its temperature characteristic meets the B-characteristics as defined by the JIS standard and the S7R-characteristic as defined by the EIA standard, and a supenrior weather-resisting ability, such as high-temperature load, moisture-resistant load, etc. SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic capacitor is composed of a material prepared by adding a magnesium oxide of 0.5-5.0mol equivalent to MgO and a silicon oxide by 0.2-5.0mol equivalent to SiO2 with respect to 100mol main component expressed by (1-α-β) BaO}m .TiO2 +α(1-x)M2 O3 +xRe2 O3 }+β(Mn1-y-z Niy Coz )O (where, M2 O3 and Re2 O3 respectively represents at least one kind or more, selected from among Sc2 O3 and Y2 O3 and at least one or more kinds selected from among Gd2 O3 , Tb2 O3 , and Dy2 O3 andα,β, m, x, y, and z are numerical values respectively meeting the following relations: 0.0025<=α<=0.025, 0.0025<=β<=0.05,β/α<=4, 0<x<=0.50, 0<=y<1.0, 0<=z<1.0, 0<=y+z<1.0, 1.000<m<=1.035).
