PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission circuit capable of reducing circuit scale independently of dispersion in the stability of an internal oscillator, by allowing a time information generator to provide an output of time information and a reference clock and to provide an output of the time information a little before when the data are actually outputted. SOLUTION: A time information output circuit 1 outputs time information, a timing pulse and a reference clock to an output data synchronization circuit 2 based on a clock with high precision obtained by using the GPS. The output data synchronization circuit 2 gives input data to an input section 4 and stores the input data to a memory 5 temporarily under the control of a CPU 3 and the data are outputted to an output section from the memory 5. A timing adjustment counter section 7 counts the reference clock with high precision received from the time information output circuit 1 and adjusts the output timing of the output section 6 based on the count result. Thus, the synchronization accuracy with high precision by using the stability of the reference clock is realized. |
