<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the entwining of a mouse connection cable with other cables and to improve the operability of the mouse by providing a means which winds the mouse connection cable around a reel when the cable is too long and unwinds the mouse connection cable from the reel when too short. SOLUTION: When the mouse approaches a computer main body, the mouse connection cable 15 connecting the computer main body and mouse together has extra length, by which the cable is wound around the cable take-up reel 22 energized in the take-up direction. Further, the mouse connection cable 15 is held having constant tension. When the mouse is put away from the computer main body, the mouse connection cable 15 becomes too short, so the cable take-up reel 22 rotates against the energizing force in the take-up direction, so that the cable is unwound from the winding spool 22a of the cable take-up reel 22 corresponding to the deficient length. Further, the mouse connection cable 15 is held constant in tension.</p> |
