PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part loading device which discriminates a substrate whose position correction is difficult and gives information. SOLUTION: The n-area of a memory is initialized to '0' (S0). The substrate is carried in, is positioned, '1' is added to the n-area and the number of the substrates which are carried in is measured (S1). The position mark of the substrate is recognized (S2) and position correction amounts ΔXn, ΔYn and Δθn are calculated by a reference position (S3). When the number of the substrates which are carried in is not a prescribed number K or above, (S is Y4) parts loading process is executed with the correction amounts (S8), when the number of the substrates which are carried in is not a prescribed number K or above (S4 is Y), standard deviation values δx, δy and δθ are calculated based on n-pieces of correction amounts K (S5). Judgement reference values Jx, Jy and Jθ are obtained by three expressions Jx=δx×Pj, Jy=δy×P and Jθ=δθμP (S6). They are compared with the correction amounts (S7). When correction amount <judgment reference value (Y in S7), S8 is executed. When correction amount >= judgement reference value (N in S7), a warning is given and an operation is stopped (S9). |
